Lutein
Lutein is a fat-soluble natural pigment, which has many benefits for eye health.
This pigment, together with zeaxanthin, acts on the retina. Both pigments are responsible for protecting the retina from the aggression of light, mainly from the blue light, so present in current digital devices.
