Coenzyme Q10
Coenzyme Q10, or ubiquinone, is a nutrient similar to a vitamin, found in our body, especially in the heart, liver, kidneys and pancreas. It is attributed antioxidant properties, which help in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and gingivitis. In addition, it also contributes to the improvement of the immune system.
Coenzyme Q10 is found mainly in blue fish and veal, and to a lesser extent in some vegetables such as whole grains and nuts.
